Do my photos leave my phone?
No. All sorting happens on your device. Only the backup you turn on uploads the items you sent to delete, and they’re kept protected for a short time.
I deleted something by mistake. Now what?
Nothing is really deleted until you confirm in the bin, and you can undo every decision. After deleting, on iPhone items stay 30 days in “Recently Deleted”; on Android, in your gallery’s trash.
Why can I only delete 50 a day?
That’s the free plan limit. Premium removes it and expands the backup. Items over the limit wait in the bin for the next day.
How does backup work?
Before deleting, you can keep a copy in the cloud. The free plan holds 50 items for 7 days; Premium holds 3,000 items for 30 days. You can restore to your gallery anytime.
Do I need an account?
Not to clean your library. An account is only needed for backup, to use Premium on several devices and for the invite program.
How do I delete my account?
At the bottom of this screen, under “Delete account”. It deletes your account and cloud backup. If you subscribe to Premium, cancel the subscription in your device’s store too.
